Our commission is 20% of the rental income generated. No subscription.

None for the owner. Everything is included in the 20%, so there are no unpleasant surprises.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No, our management comes with no commitment.
Which properties do you manage?+
Apartments and villas across Cannes, Cannes-la-Bocca and Mandelieu, as well as in the hinterland.
Do I need to deal with the guests?+
No. Côté Sud takes care of all guest communication and follow-up.
Who sets the prices?+
We set prices according to the season, demand and events.
Can I use my property myself?+
Yes. You can block your personal dates at any time of year, provided they have not already been booked by a guest.
How do I declare my short-term rental income?+
It counts as furnished rental income in France (BIC, under the micro-BIC or actual-expenses regime). We provide a detailed annual statement to make your tax return easier.
Do I need to register my holiday let with the town hall?+
Yes, in Cannes and Mandelieu-la-Napoule a declaration and a registration number are required. We help you complete these steps before your listing goes live.
How long does it take to get started?+
Usually one to two weeks: visit, photos, listings, preparing the property, then the first bookings.
